Amaravati: The coalition government will soon implement the "Thalliki Vandanam" scheme, said Andhra Pradesh Minister for Education and IT, Nara Lokesh. He revealed in the Legislative Council that the guidelines for the implementation of the "Thalliki Vandanam" scheme will be announced soon. Minister Nara Lokesh answered questions raised by the members of the Legislative Council regarding the scheme.
